The President did not do the reshuffle, Eddy Soeparno: Pak Prabowo knows the best

FAJAR.CO.ID, JAKARTA – President Prabowo Subianto has emphasized that he will not carry out a cabinet reshuffle in the near future. He considered, the performance of his ministers had been quite good.

Based on the decision, Deputy Chairperson of the National Mandate Party (PAN), Eddy Soeparno considered President Prabowo Subianto had made a calculation so that he did not conduct a cabinet reshuffle.

“Pak Prabowo knows the best by calculating everything,” Eddy said, Saturday (6/14).

Eddy Soeparno said that his party fully supported the decisions taken by Prabowo. “As a supporting party, PAN fully supports his decision,” said Eddy.

The bespectacled man explained the cabinet reshuffle was the absolute authority of the President. Therefore, Eddy Soeparno asked all parties to respect Prabowo Subianto’s decision.

Eddy Soeparno also guaranteed that all PAN cadres in the Red and White Cabinet worked according to Prabowo’s direction.

He gave an example of the Coordinating Minister (Menko) for Food Field Zulkifli Hasan who worked hard to realize national food sovereignty.

According to Eddy, Zulkifli Hasan led coordination and synergy across ministries to ensure food stocks were fulfilled from domestic sources.

“The result is that we know that currently Indonesian rice reserves reach 3.7 million tons and are the highest in 1969,” said Eddy. (dawn)
