In line with the spirit of Asta Cita which emphasizes the importance of equitable development and strengthening the people’s economy, BRI consistently carries out various integrated empowerment programs with the aim of providing inclusive, equitable and sustainable economic growth throughout the country.
In the BRI Financial Performance Press Conference for the Third Quarter of 2025 at BRI Head Office, Jakarta, Thursday (30/10) BRI Deputy Main Director Agus Noorsanto emphasized that the success of the empowerment program is an important foundation in supporting the overall national development agenda.
“By the end of September 2025, BRI has developed 4,909 BRILiaN Villages spread throughout Indonesia. In addition, through the KlasterkuHidupku program, BRI has also developed 41,715 business clusters as part of a strategy to strengthen community-based productive sectors,” said Agus.
BRI also presents LinkUMKM which is recorded to have been used by more than 13.6 million MSME players to expand markets, increase business capacity and speed up the process of upgrading. Not only that, to develop MSMEs, BRI has also built 54 BUMN Houses and has carried out 17 thousand trainings.
“The various MSME empowerment programs that have been carried out by BRI are not only a manifestation of BRI’s social commitment in strengthening the people’s economic foundations, but also have a real impact on the company’s business performance,” explained Agus Noorsanto.
