RK case intervention session, Revelino is ready for DNA test, asking the judge to reject Lisa Mariana’s lawsuit

FAJAR.CO.ID, JAKARTA – The Bandung District Court was asked to reject the civil suit filed by Lisa Mariana against former West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil.

The request was conveyed by the Revelino Legal Counsel Team as listed in the Revelino Intervention Material in Case No. 184/PDT.G/2025/PN.BDG that has been received by the Panel of Judges of the Bandung District Court.

This was conveyed by Revelino’s attorney, Fikri Wijaya, in his statement, quoted on Tuesday (1/7/2025).

“We just want to prove the truth. We do not submit demands for compensation or other things. We only ask that the lawsuit filed by LM against Ridwan Kamil be rejected because in fact and law, the lawsuit is not based. Revelino is the biological father of the child,” he said.

In their intervention request, Revelino’s legal team stated that their clients had legal rights and direct interests to this case, considering he was the party who was first believed to be the biological father of the child with the initials CA.

“The legal facts must be straightened out. Before Ridwan Kamil’s name was mentioned in this case, our client, Revelino, had a relationship with LM and had received direct recognition from LM that the child in the womb was the result of their relationship,” he said.

Fikri also stated the readiness of his client to undergo DNA tests as a form of scientific proof.

Revelino also plans to ask for protection from the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) because his rights as a father are considered hampered by LM actions that limit access to communication with the child.
