Nikita Mirzani on June 14, Fahmi Bachmid: Will be revealed a surprising facts

FAJAR.CO.ID, JAKARTA – Fahmi Bachmid as the attorney of Nikita Mirzani revealed that, the inaugural trial of the alleged extortion case that ensnared her client on the Reza Gladys report will be held on 24 June 2025.

As a defendant, Nikita Mirzani will certainly be present at the inaugural hearing at the South Jakarta District Court.

“Nikita Mirzani is ready physically and mentally for the trial on June 24,” Fahmi Bachmid told reporters on Friday (6/20).

He also said that the next 24 June 2025 trial was important because there would be revealed the facts of shocking in the realm of the indictment.

“In the June 24 session, a surprising facts will be revealed. For now I have not been able to comment. Only later I can respond after it was officially delivered at the 24th trial,” he said.

To note, Reza Gladys reported Nikita Mirzani and some of her friends to the Jakarta Metropolitan Police on December 3, 2024. Nikita was reported with Article 27B paragraph 2 of Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning ITE, Article 368 of the Criminal Code related to extortion, and Article of Money Laundering (TTPU) as stipulated in Articles 3, 4, and 5 of Law Number 8 of 2010. The threat of a sentence of 20 years in prison.

Based on police reports made at the Jakarta Metropolitan Police, Reza Gladys allegedly gave Rp 4 billion to Nikita Mirzani after feeling her products were screened by Nikita on the Tiktok social media account. The money was given by Reza Gladys after a meeting on November 13, 2024.

During the meeting, Nikita Mirzani was suspected of extortion by asking for Rp. 5 billion so that it would no longer vilify Reza’s products on social media. Reza Gladys reportedly agreed to request Rp 4 billion and made a transfer twice, Rp 2 billion each on 14 and 15 November 2024. (dawn)
