FAJAR.CO.ID, JAKARTA — The Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) has officially removed the graduation year limit in the 2026 Batch 1 National Vocational Training Program, opening up the widest possible opportunities for SMA/SMK/MA or equivalent graduates, including old graduates, to improve their skills and competitiveness in the world of work with a target of 20,000 participants.
Elimination of Graduation Year Restrictions and Policy Objectives
The Director General of Vocational Training and Productivity Development (Binalavotas) of the Ministry of Manpower, Darmawansyah, emphasized that this policy was taken so that access to training is not only intended for new graduates, but also for old graduates who need increased competence.
“The elimination of the graduation year limit is a form of our commitment to open access to training as widely as possible for the community. Anyone who has the desire to improve their skills, we facilitate it through this program,” he said when delivering a press release from the Ministry of Manpower’s Public Relations Bureau on Friday (20/3/2026).
The Relevance of Training to the Needs of the World of Work
Darmawansyah explained that this change is important because there are still many SMA/SMK/MA equivalent graduates who have not had the opportunity to take part in training to strengthen their work skills. While the needs of the world of work continue to grow, many job seekers need relevant skills to be better prepared to compete.
“This is an opportunity for old graduates to improve their competencies again, so they can be better prepared to enter and compete in the world of work,” he explained.
Facilities and Ease of Access to Training
Vocational training organized by the Ministry of Manpower is designed based on the needs of the business and industrial world (link and match), so that participants are equipped with relevant and applicable skills. Apart from that, training registration is now not only available at the Ministry of Manpower’s Vocational and Productivity Training Center (BPVP) or Job Training Center (BLK), but also through BLKs owned by regional governments.
PakarPBN
A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites. In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website. The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
