The Ministry of Religion (Kemanang) provides a simulation page Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), Arabic as a Foreign Language Test (TOAFL) and free Scholastic Tests. How do I access it?
Basically, this TOEFL, TOAFL and Scholastic Test simulation page is a Ministry of Religion service for preparing applicants for the Indonesia Bangkit Scholarship (BIB). However, in the detikEdu experiment, the general public can also access it with their respective Google accounts.
This simulation page aims to hone English, Arabic and reasoning skills as well as academic potential. All sample questions can be accessed via the Cakrawala Indonesia Bangkit page at the link https://wbt.cakrawalaindonesiabangkit.or.id/.

The entire TOEFL, TOAFL and Scholastic Test simulation process can be accessed via the Cakrawala Indonesia Bangkit page. The stages are:
1. Access the Cakrawala Indonesia Bangkit page at the link https://wbt.cakrawalaindonesiabangkit.or.id/
2. Click “Start Free Simulation”
3. Create a new account by filling in the information or clicking “Register with Google” to make things easier for you
4. After successfully logging in, detikers will be redirected to the “Participant Dashboard” page
5. Select the available Simulation Package, whether it is TOEFL, TOAFL, and Scholastic Simulation
6. Click “Start Simulation” in one of the packages to start the test
7. Complete all tests until completion
8. Complete the test by clicking “Finish and Collect”
9. The system will display the participant’s ‘report card’ of the results of the test they took.
For your information, the Ministry of Religion is still opening the Indonesia Bangkit Scholarship (BIB) degree program for undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral studies. BIB is a collaborative scholarship between the Ministry of Religion and the Education Fund Management Institute (LPDP).

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
