Fahri Hamzah revealed the reason President Prabowo insisted on the DTSEN issue

FAJAR.CO.ID, JAKARTA – Deputy Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP) Fahri Hamzah gave a response regarding President Prabowo Subianto’s state speech.

The most highlighted thing related to the insistentness of President Prabowo issue of the National Socio -Economic Data (DTESN).

Through tweeting on his personal social media account, Fahri Hamzah responded about the speech.

“We have all heard the President’s state speech about Indonesia’s direction and steps, at least in the next year. Pak Prabowo’s speech did not only show his people about big ideas, but also about the awareness that we were a great nation in the sense of everything. Having great potential and great challenges,” he wrote quoted Tuesday (8/19/2025).

“When talking about independence, Pak Prabowo was straightforward and firmly linked him to the welfare of the people and war on poverty. Pro-people’s policies as government weapons must be truly efficient and right on target,” he added.

He said there were big challenges that must be faced, especially for the people’s welfare sector.

Some of the challenges that must be faced in the delivery of a large population and the area of ​​Indonesia itself.

“Our challenges in the people’s welfare sector are so large, because our population is large; scattered in 17,000 islands, 38 provinces, 514 regencies/cities, and around 83 thousand villages and villages. Poverty is not only spread but also layered; there are extreme poor, poor, and vulnerable poor in number which are still very large,” he explained.
