Criticism of the appointment of Commissioner of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi, Said Didu Sentil Scholar

FAJAR.CO.ID, JAKARTA – Former Secretary of the Ministry of BUMN, Muhammad Said Didu criticized PT Pertamina Hulu Energi who had appointed a new commissioner.

According to him, the damage to SOEs will continue after seeing the commissariat that has been appointed.

“BUMN damage continues. So volunteer shelters, candidates failed, buzzer, and schiles,” Said Didu was quoted as saying by his personal X account, Friday (11/7/2025).

It is known, the appointment of the new commissioner was officially announced on July 10, 2025, replacing the previous structure.

Old structures such as Rinaldi Firmansyah as the President Commissioner are no longer valid based on the latest PHE official page.

President Commissioner & Independent Commissioner: Denny Januar Ali (aka “Denny Ja”)

A senior professional in finance and risk management, IGGI is known to be experienced as a commissioner in several SOEs and the private sector. He is also active in developing corporate governance and internal audits.

Stella Christie (Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology)

Stella is the Deputy Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia. He is an academic and researcher in the fields of cognitive and education, graduates of the University of Edinburgh and have taught abroad.
